At Larnil Art, we take pride in offering carefully crafted and curated jewelry and artistic items. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

Custom-made or personalized items

Digital downloads

Used jewelry items (such as earrings) for hygiene reasons unless defective

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via [email protected] and provide:

Your full name and order number

Reason for the return

Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Larnil Art covers all return shipping costs, including items returned due to dissatisfaction, defects, or wrong shipments.

We may provide a prepaid shipping label or refund your shipping cost after the return is processed.
