At Larnil Art, we believe that exchanging handmade and artistic objects is more than trading things — it’s about connecting through creativity, care, and trust.
Our Exchange Program is a simple and safe system that allows members to offer their handcrafted jewelry, decorative objects, or artistic pieces in exchange for others.
Every step is designed to protect both parties and make the process easy to understand and enjoyable for all — especially for those who may not be tech-savvy.
The Exchange is a non-commercial platform — items are never sold or bought with money, but exchanged only for other member-submitted items.
To join the program, each participant must read and agree to the Terms of Use, which outline the rules and responsibilities for fair and transparent exchange.
---
Step 1 – Prepare Your Submission
To offer an item for exchange, you need to send us:
Clear photos of the item (front, back, details)
A short video (showing condition, size, etc.)
A detailed description (materials used, size, origin, story if relevant)
The security deposit you want — this is the amount that protects your item’s value in the exchange
Send all of this by email to: [email protected]
---
Step 2 – Larnil Art Reviews Your Submission
Our team will check your submission carefully. We look at:
The quality and clarity of the photos
If the video clearly shows the item
Whether the description is complete and honest
Whether the deposit amount seems reasonable for the item
If everything looks good, we will approve your item and add it to our Exchange Catalogue.
---
Step 3 – Your Item is Published in the Catalogue
Once approved, your item will appear on the Larnil Art website in a public list.
It will show:
Your item photos
The description
The security deposit you requested
Any member of Larnil Art can now see your item and ask to exchange with you.
---
Step 4 – Another Member Sends an Exchange Offer
If another member wants to exchange for your item, they will:
Send photos, video, and description of their own item
Accept your requested security deposit
Propose the exchange
We will forward their offer to you. You can say yes or no — you are never forced to accept.
If both parties agree, the exchange is officially approved.
The Exchange Program allows Larnil Art members to trade handmade jewelry, artistic objects, or small crafted items with one another. It is based on trust, mutual respect, and shared artistic values.
A security deposit is a temporary amount of money paid by both members in an exchange. It ensures both sides act responsibly. The deposit is fully refunded after the trade is successfully completed.
The person who adds an item to the exchange chooses the deposit amount. This value is published with the product in the Exchange Catalogue.

After both members agree, Larnil Art sends a secure Stripe link. You click the link, enter your card details, and approve the deposit. The deposit is held securely until the exchange is complete.
